Today, we are recruiting for a Interface Management Engineer to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility. What are my responsibilities? Identify and manage technical, operational and organizational interfaces, dependencies and responsibilities across maintenance functions and external stakeholders. Develop and maintain interface registers, matrices and action trackers, ensuring clear ownership, deadlines and follow-up. Coordinate cross-functional meetings, clarify requirements and follow up on decisions and outstanding actions. Resolve and escalate interface gaps, conflicts, changes and risks affecting maintenance readiness and delivery. Coordinate with Maintenance Delivery, Operations, Engineering, Asset Management, Quality and consortium partners to align workflows, handovers and information exchange. Monitor interface progress, report key issues and dependencies to management, and support operational readiness, audits and continuous improvement. Identify potential cost, resource and safety impacts of unresolved interfaces and escalate them accordingly. What do I need to qualify for this job? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Railway Systems, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline. 3–5 years of relevant experience in interface coordination, systems/project engineering or railway operations and maintenance. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing interface requirements, dependencies and action registers. Understanding of railway systems, maintenance processes and complex infrastructure or safety-critical projects. Strong English communication, stakeholder management, facilitation and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze technical and organizational dependencies, clarify responsibilities and manage cross-functional processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, document management systems and interface tracking tools. What else do I need to know?
