A kitchen in 6th of October City specializing in providing high-quality sandwiches is hiring: Sandwich Chef (Female). We are looking for a sandwich chef who possesses skill, speed, and precision, and is proficient in working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Capable of taking responsibility for preparing orders professionally, with full commitment to established work standards and the ability to produce efficiently under the pressure of orders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and assemble sandwiches: Prepare sandwiches with high professionalism (hot and cold) and ensure they meet the specifications and quality standards of the establishment, with attention to the final presentation and aesthetic appearance of the order. Precise execution of recipes: Full adherence to recipe measurements and ingredients to ensure consistency of taste and quality in every sandwich and meal leaving the kitchen without any variation. Manage work pressure: Work efficiently under pressure and maintain performance speed and execution accuracy during peak times and high order volumes, while ensuring orders are dispatched without errors and on time. Manage the workspace: Ensure the readiness of all raw materials and ingredients before the start of the shift, follow the established operating system, and accurately execute management directives. Waste control: Absolute care in using raw materials in exact specified quantities (Portion Control) to minimize waste, and ensure the quality of final packaging. Adherence to safety and hygiene: Strict application of food safety rules, and maintaining the cleanliness of the work area, refrigerators, and tools continuously throughout the shift. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience as a sandwich chef or working in preparation lines in restaurants or cloud kitchens. (Priority is given to those with experience in fast food or sandwich restaurants). Speed and energy: Physical fitness and the ability to move effectively inside the kitchen and complete consecutive orders quickly. Accuracy and discipline: A very organized personality who is punctual, cares about personal hygiene and decent appearance, and has high focus on order details to avoid returns. Work system: Ability and flexibility to work in a rotating shift system. Residence: It is required or highly preferred that the candidate resides in 6th of October City or nearby areas (Sheikh Zayed, October Gardens, Al-Firdous) for easy commute.
