About the Company

Belong is a furniture and home-furnishing e-commerce business offering furniture, lighting, rugs, and home accessories through its online platform and showroom in Maadi.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Operations Executive to manage customer interactions, coordinate orders, and ensure a smooth customer experience from order confirmation to delivery and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Manage order confirmations, updates, cancellations, exchanges, and returns.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and delivery partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Handle customer complaints, delivery delays, product concerns, and installation-related issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order information using CRM and order management systems.
• Coordinate refunds, warranty requests, and after-sales services.
• Follow up with customers after delivery and collect feedback.
• Work closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve operational issues.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer operations, customer service, or e-commerce order management.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong complaint-handling, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and order-tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple customer cases while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Previous experience in furniture, home décor, retail e-commerce, or logistics is an advantage.
