Job Objective:

Welcoming branch visitors, assisting them in selecting smartphones and accessories suitable for their needs, and achieving set sales targets while providing an excellent customer experience that reflects the company's identity.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers inside the branch in a sophisticated and professional manner and explaining the specifications of mobile devices and accessories.
• Providing appropriate advice and recommendations to the customer according to their needs and budget.
• Achieving the sales targets (monthly and annual) set by the company management.
• Displaying products attractively inside the branch and ensuring the cleanliness and arrangement of the displays.
• Keeping up to date with the latest technology releases and smartphones to assist customers with accurate answers.
• Receiving initial maintenance requests from customers and directing them to the branch maintenance center when needed.
• Following up on offers and discounts and explaining them to customers (including installment options if available).

Requirements and Conditions:

• Education: Higher or at least intermediate qualification.
• Experience: Previous experience in branch sales (Indoor Sales) - (Experience in the mobile and electronics field is preferred).
• Communication Skills: Very high persuasion and communication skills, and politeness in speech.
• Appearance: Well-groomed and professional demeanor.
• Personal Skills: Passion for technology and smart devices, and the ability to work within a team and under pressure.
