At Better Mix, we believe our people are the foundation of everything we build. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Personnel Specialist to join our HR team and ensure seamless personnel administration and accurate payroll operations across our plants and offices.

What you will do:

• Manage employee personnel files and HR documentation in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Administer social insurance, labor office procedures, employee contracts, and HR letters.
• Review attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, and payroll inputs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations to ensure smooth payroll execution.
• Prepare HR and payroll reports while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in Personnel & Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, ready-mix concrete, building materials, or industrial companies is highly preferred.
