• Manage procurement activities for pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, and other company requirements.

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and favorable terms.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical suppliers and vendors.

• Prepare and process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.

• Coordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to avoid shortages or overstocking.

• Ensure purchased products meet quality standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Compare supplier quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.

• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation.

• Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and product availability.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Procurement, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Pharmacy graduates are highly preferred.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
