Position: Training & Development Specialist

Location: Mansoura, Dakahlia

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze training needs across departments and branches.
• Develop and implement the annual training plan.
• Design and organize technical, managerial, and soft skills training programs.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Coordinate with external trainers and training providers.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and measure training impact.
• Prepare periodic training reports and monitor Training KPIs.
• Support employee development and competency improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Training & Development.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs.
• TOT certification or relevant professional certificates is a plus.
