Medical Talent Acquisition Team Lead

Job Purpose
Shiny White Dental Centers is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Medical Talent Acquisition Team Lead to lead and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment of qualified dental professionals across Shiny White Dental Centers, covering both clinical and dentist-qualified administrative, operational, and managerial positions. Ensure timely recruitment of high-caliber talent aligned with organizational standards, workforce requirements, and business expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee recruitment activities for all dental positions, including clinical, administrative, operational, and managerial roles.
- Coordinate and supervise recruitment team activities, ensuring achievement of hiring targets and timelines.
- Develop proactive sourcing and headhunting strategies to attract highly qualified dental professionals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support workforce planning, staffing requirements, and future expansion.
- Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and initial assessments.
- Coordinate technical assessments and final selection with medical leadership and relevant department heads.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational management to identify staffing gaps, hiring priorities, and manpower requirements.
- Ensure verification of professional qualifications, licensing, and credentials.
- Oversee recruitment offers, negotiations, and coordination with HR Operations for onboarding.
- Monitor recruitment performance, prepare periodic reports, and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Dentistry, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare or dental recruitment.
- Previous experience in a senior recruitment or team leadership role is preferred.
- Proven experience recruiting both clinical professionals and dentist-qualified administrative or managerial positions.
- Strong professional network within the dental and healthcare sectors.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
