Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Media Planning and Media Buying skills, with experience managing budgets and multi-channel campaigns.
• Candidates should possess solid Media Strategy capabilities, including setting performance goals and designing data-driven acquisition and retention plans.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, optimize performance, and report clear insights.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, enabling collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and clear leadership of a media buying team.
• Previous experience in performance marketing or digital media buying leadership roles, preferably in training, education, or services sectors.
• Proficiency with key advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic tools) and tracking/analytics solutions.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated team leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English for communication and reporting is beneficial.
