Job Purpose

Lead the operational excellence agenda of the eMobility business, driving lean deployment, process standardization, performance management and continuous improvement across manufacturing, supply chain and support functions, in order to improve productivity, quality, lead time and cost competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the continuous improvement roadmap and lean deployment plan across the business.
• Map value streams end to end and identify waste, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Define, standardize and monitor operational performance indicators, including OEE, OTIF, cost of poor quality, lead time and inventory turns.
• Facilitate kaizen events, structured problem-solving workshops and improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
• Drive cost-out and productivity projects with quantified and validated savings.
• Standardize and document core operating processes and support their digitalization through dashboards and reporting tools.
• Support the deployment and alignment of ISO management systems across operations.

Build continuous improvement capability through training, coaching and certification of internal practitioners.

Qualification & Education

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering.
• Years of Experience: 5 - 7 years

Technical Competencies

• Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
• Value stream mapping and process analysis.
• DMAIC problem solving and statistical process control.
• Project management and benefit tracking.
• Data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, advanced Excel).
• ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system requirements.
