Amjaad Technology is looking for an experienced #Senior_Technical_Talent_Acquisition
Location: Maadi, Cairo (Office relocation to Mokattam after 3 months).
Requirements:
-4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
-Previous experience in IT, Software Development, or Technology companies is a must.
-Proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions.
-Strong understanding of technical roles, recruitment channels, and sourcing strategies.
-Excellent screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
-Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
#Key_Responsibilities:
-Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
-Handle technical and non-technical vacancies.
-Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
-Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidates' technical background and suitability.
-Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and hiring KPIs.
