Job Objective:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Learning & Development Specialist to identify employees' training needs, develop and implement training programs, and enhance employees' skills, performance, and productivity within our plastics manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze training needs across different departments.

Prepare annual training plans and programs aligned with company objectives.

Plan, organize, and implement internal and external training activities.

Develop training schedules and ensure timely execution of training sessions.

Design training materials, including presentations, manuals, booklets, and practical guides.

Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions according to business needs.

Coordinate with trainers, trainees, and external training providers.

Ensure the availability of required training resources and facilities.

Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and department achievement reports.

Evaluate training effectiveness and measure its impact on employee performance and productivity.

Prepare periodic reports for senior management on training activities and results.

Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure training programs meet business requirements.

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.

Recommend improvements to continuously enhance training programs and their effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

2–4 years of experience in Training & Development or Learning & Development.

Experience in training needs analysis and training program development.

Good knowledge of modern training methods and learning techniques.

Ability to prepare presentations, training materials, and reports.

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Good organizational and coordination skills.

Good command of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at different levels.

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
