Job Summary

We are looking for Call Center Agents – English Account to join the Customer Service team. The role will be responsible for handling customer calls in English, addressing inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience while achieving assigned KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and inquiries in English professionally.
• Provide accurate information about company products and services.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and requests.
• Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer interactions.
• Maintain required call quality and customer satisfaction standards.
• Document customer interactions accurately on the system.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback.
• Achieve assigned customer service and performance KPIs.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in Call Center or Customer Service.
• Previous experience in an English account is preferred.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve.
