Role Description The Electrical Engineering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in 6th of October. The specialist will design, review, and optimize electrical systems and components for power distribution and related projects. Daily tasks include performing technical analyses, preparing electrical drawings and documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role involves troubleshooting electrical issues, supporting maintenance teams, and participating in inspections and testing to improve reliability and performance. The specialist will also contribute to project planning, cost estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the electrical network.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong technical skills in Electrical Engineering and Electricity for power systems, distribution networks, and related infrastructure.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and performance evaluation of electrical systems.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Electrical Design for creating schematics, layouts, and specifications in accordance with industry standards.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with engineering teams, operations staff, and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, electrical modeling tools) is an advantage.
• Experience in utility, industrial, or power distribution environments is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high attention to detail.
