Job Description

WAA Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Projects Manager to manage industrial projects through the design, tendering and construction stages, ensuring that project objectives are achieved within the approved scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage industrial projects from initiation through design, tendering, construction and handover.

• Develop and monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, milestones and deliverables.

• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, infrastructure and process-related disciplines.

• Lead coordination between clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.

• Review project progress, identify delays and implement appropriate corrective actions.

• Monitor project costs, cash flow, variations, claims and contractual obligations.

• Review technical submissions, progress reports, procurement schedules and contractors’ work plans.

• Manage project risks, technical issues and stakeholder requirements.

• Conduct and coordinate project meetings and follow up on decisions and action items.

• Prepare periodic progress reports and management presentations.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality requirements and applicable codes.

• Support testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural Engineering.

• 7–12 years of project management experience, including proven experience in industrial projects.

• Strong understanding of industrial project design and construction workflows.

• Experience in project planning, cost control, contracts, procurement and risk management.

• Knowledge in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is preferred.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.

• Strong reporting and presentation skills.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Ability to work full-time from the New Cairo office and attend project sites as required.
