تفاصيل الوظيفة
- Develop and manage the overall brand strategy and positioning
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, brand activations, and promotional activities
- Lead end-to-end new product launches, from concept development and market research to product positioning, naming, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
- Identify new product opportunities based on consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis
- Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Production, Sales, and Commercial teams to ensure successful product development and timely launches
- Develop launch plans and marketing strategies to drive product awareness, trial, and sales
- Oversee brand communication across digital platforms, social media, PR, influencers, and retail
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, packaging, and customer touchpoints
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, suppliers, and external partners
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights
- Monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness, product launch results, and marketing KPIs
- Ensure project ownership, accountability, and timely execution across all marketing initiatives
- 5-7 years of experience in Category Management or a related field, preferably within the FMCG industry
- Experience implementing loyalty programs is a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and trends and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong supplier relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to develop and implement category strategies, manage budgets, and achieve financial targets
- Knowledge of the agriculture industry, including its latest trends, regulations, and technologies
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with category management software and tools
