Cir Ql Construction is looking for a motivated Construction Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Cairo. Compensation: EGP 6,000 Basic Salary + Competitive Commission Key Responsibilities:Generate and qualify new B2B leads and business opportunities. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline. Meet potential clients and present construction services. Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms. Follow up with leads and close deals. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Identify upselling and new business opportunities. Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams throughout the sales process. Requirements:Proven experience in Construction Sales or B2B Sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Experience in lead generation and client relationship management. Good organizational and follow-up skills. CRM experience is a plus. Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred. Ability to work on-site in Cairo.
