Job Description

HIVAC Contracting is hiring a Senior HR Generalist to lead recruitment and manage day-to-day HR activities, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

• Manage recruitment, including direct sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

• Build and maintain an updated pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming vacancies.

• Coordinate technical assessments and maintain alternative candidates for critical roles.

• Develop job descriptions and implement practical HR policies and procedures.

• Manage attendance, leave, and employee records, and coordinate payroll inputs and social insurance.

• Coordinate performance reviews and role-specific KPIs with management.

• Report recruitment progress, staffing needs, and employee matters to the Managing Director.

Requirements

Job requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–7 years of proven HR experience, including at least 2 years of experience in contracting or construction companies.

• Proven experience in recruiting Engineers, Project Managers, Sales, and Support Staff.

• Strong skills in direct sourcing, headhunting, CV screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.

• Hands-on experience in HR operations, policies and procedures, job descriptions, and performance evaluation.

• Good working knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance procedures.

• Excellent Excel and English skills, with strong proficiency in recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.

• Highly organized, proactive, discreet, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and maintain strong follow-up.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Candidates will be required to complete a practical Recruitment & HR Assessment as part of the selection process.
