Role Description The Junior Site Engineer Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. This role involves supporting the planning, coordination, and supervision of interior construction and installation activities at project sites, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately and safely. The Junior Site Engineer Architect will assist in reviewing drawings, coordinating with civil and structural engineers, monitoring quality control procedures, and reporting progress to senior team members. The position also includes communicating with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve site issues, maintain timelines, and support integration of IoT and decorative elements into the overall design. The role requires regular presence on site to oversee daily operations and contribute to a well-organized, compliant, and aesthetically aligned project execution.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong on-site execution and coordination skills, with the ability to manage field activities and site logistics. Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and interact with clients and contractors. Candidates should possess quality control skills, with attention to detail in monitoring workmanship, materials, and compliance with design and safety standards. Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge relevant to architecture and interior construction projects. Candidates should preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Candidates should possess basic proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit) and familiarity with construction codes and regulations. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving abilities, time management skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a technology-enhanced design environment. Candidates with prior internship or junior-level site experience in interior or architectural projects will be considered an advantage.
