Role Description The Senior Client Relations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. This position is responsible for managing key client relationships across medical, commercial, and residential projects, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication. Daily responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, coordinating with internal project teams, tracking client feedback, and resolving issues to maintain strong client satisfaction. The role also involves preparing progress updates, participating in client meetings, supporting contract renewals, and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Experience in client relations and customer support, with a focus on proactive issue resolution. Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence. Clear, professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience in real estate, property development, or a related field is preferred. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced on-site environment.
