Job :

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented LastMile Supervisor to join our team.

You will be responsible for supervising last-mile delivery operations, optimizing operational performance, and coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure a quality customer experience.

Missions:

• Supervise daily last-mile delivery operations.
• Analyze delivery performance (deadlines, quality, costs, productivity) and implement improvement plans.
• Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Ensure coordination betweenOperations (OPS), Key Account Management (KAM), Quality teams and logistics providers.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular reports.
• Identify issues, propose appropriate solutions, and ensure their implementation.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and service commitments.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects for logistics operations.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport, Management, or a similar field.
• Experience in managing logistics operations or last-mile delivery.
• Good command of data analysis tools and performance indicators.
• Strong skills in process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Good command of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
