We are looking for a passionate Aerospace Supply Chain Buyer to join our team in Nouaceur, Morocco. This is an opportunity to shape the flow of our supply chain and actively contribute to our operational performance.
The main goal of this role is to ensure the availability of materials and components needed for production, while optimizing stock levels and controlling costs. It involves building strong relationships with suppliers to anticipate needs and proactively resolve any potential disruptions in the supply chain.
Your responsibilities will include managing supplier orders, tracking deliveries, negotiating purchasing terms, and fostering relationships with our key partners.
- Place and track purchase orders
- Manage supplier relationships and evaluate their performance
- Identify and implement continuous improvement actions
- Track supply KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Participate in managing unforeseen events and resolving disputes
Required profile :
- A Master's degree or higher is required for this position, ideally in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
- Professional experience of 1 to 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the aerospace sector, is expected. You have already demonstrated your ability to manage complex flows and interact with demanding suppliers.
- Mastery of purchasing techniques
- Negotiation and supplier management skills
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Proficiency in IT tools (ERP, Office Suite)
