Within the Procurement team, you will be responsible for managing customer portfolios. Your main mission will be to ensure the availability of materials and parts linked to your portfolios to internal customers in the planned quantities and dates. Your activities will include: - Defining supply parameters in the product sheet and Supply Chain contracts in line with stock objectives - Analyzing, processing, confirming, and forwarding requirements to suppliers using company tools - Negotiating and validating requirements with suppliers, as well as working with internal clients - (Where applicable) Managing the delivery of components to suppliers, when supplied by Snecma - Monitoring the progress of supplier manufacturing, in coordination with support functions (Quality, Engineering/Building Management, etc.) - Managing the flow until receipt, in coordination with the logistics teams - Monitoring return flows to suppliers, in coordination with other departments, particularly Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics - Analyzing and sharing the Service Rate with suppliers - Providing our clients with information on deliveries - Anticipating future risks: identifying, analyzing, and implementing risk mitigation plans

Desired Candidate Profile

You have a knack for communication and teamwork. Naturally curious, you are outgoing, dynamic, and a natural leader. Your rigor, tenacity, and responsiveness, combined with your negotiation skills, will allow you to fully embrace this role. A good understanding of MRP2 principles, BaaN, and/or SAP is a plus.
