Perform maintenance and repair work according to the procedures and the daily sequencer. Record service order times as work progresses. Report any encountered problems to the line manager and participate in problem-solving discussions. Update the QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) system for each problem encountered and indicate the solution implemented. Conduct the end-of-shift review at the end of each shift. Implement the level 1 maintenance plan and maintain the tools under their responsibility. Participate in the continuous improvement activities of their unit and propose initiatives in this direction. As part of the mentoring process, complete assigned mentoring sessions, working towards achieving the associated objectives. Actively participate in the RQP (Quality Performance Review) to achieve daily objectives. Communicate results daily to management. To propose participatory innovations and contribute to compliance with 5S standards
