Head of Training Department in Insurance (M/F) Tangier | TANGER (Morocco)

Job :

As a true strategic leader, you will manage, develop, and lead a team of trainers responsible for upskilling the employees of the CSP.

Main tasks:

1. Team Management:
•Set objectives for your team, conduct performance reviews, and organize regular meetings.
•Manage daily operations (coaching, conflicts, requests, attendance monitoring) and implement actions to maintain cohesion and a good working atmosphere.
•Provide interim management for your colleagues if necessary and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations.

2. Activity Management:
•Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and design/monitor the skills development plan aligned with company objectives.
•Oversee the creation and updating of educational content (e-learning, in-person, etc.) and ensure the compliance of materials.
•Track performance KPIs, implement corrective actions, and maintain pedagogical awareness (innovative customer relations methods).
•Act as an information relay, both upwards and downwards, with management.

3. Individual Support:
•Identify individual needs, develop development plans, and support your employees (coaching, mentoring).
•Identify talents and propose suitable career paths within the team.

Required profile :

•Degree: Minimum Bachelor's degree +4 years of higher education
•Experience: Minimum 7 years of overall professional experience, including at least 3 years of specific and confirmed experience in designing and managing training plans (ideally in the insurance call center sector).

Key skills expected:
•Expert Level: Design/deployment of strategic programs, management of a multidisciplinary team, strong leadership (change management), and influential communication with all hierarchical levels.
•Confirmed Level: Mastery of pedagogical engineering and content creation tools (blended learning, LMS), facilitation of decision-making committees, performance/cross-functional project management, rigor, time management, and sense of innovation.
