Head of General Services

Within our Casablanca offices, you will ensure the smooth operation of the premises and general services:

• Managing the premises: maintenance, layout, hygiene and office safety
• Manage service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance) and monitor contracts and service quality
• Managing general purchases (supplies, furniture, equipment): quotes, purchase orders, tracking deliveries and invoices
• Manage and inventory company equipment (PCs, phones), from allocation to return
• Monitor the general resources budget and propose ways to optimize it.
• Organize the logistics of internal events and business trips
• To be the point of contact for employees regarding all matters relating to the work environment

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in management, administration, logistics or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (general services, office management)

Organization, rigor and responsiveness

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate with service providers

Autonomy and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Fluent in French and Arabic; English is a plus
