The Role of Revenue Manager We currently have an opportunity for a Revenue Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Revenue Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability through strategic pricing, inventory management, forecasting, and distribution optimization. This role plays a critical part in developing and executing commercial strategies that enhance the hotel s market position and deliver strong financial results. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunities, developing accurate forecasts and budgets, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing pricing and inventory strategies across all distribution channels. The Revenue Manager collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of commercial objectives and to support overall business success. Through data-driven decision making and revenue optimization initiatives, this role contributes directly to achieving the hotel s financial goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Our Ideal Revenue Manager Candidate Will Have: Candidates must have a minimum of three years of progressive experience in Revenue Management within a luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, commercial acumen, and a proven ability to drive revenue performance are essential. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in forecasting, pricing strategies, market analysis, budgeting, and distribution channel management. Proficiency in revenue management systems, business intelligence tools, and Microsoft Excel is required. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of influencing key stakeholders through effective communication and strategic thinking. Fluency in English is required. Fluency in French and Arabic is highly preferred for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
