Within the LEGACY Assembly department and reporting hierarchically to the Legacy Assembly UAP Manager, your mission will be to develop team involvement (enhancing communication and information, managing and developing employee skills). Your main activities will include: organizing and administering your department, and in particular, publishing normative documents outlining the distribution of tasks and responsibilities within your team; establishing workload forecasts, in accordance with program requirements, and ensuring their execution; maintaining constant contact with support functions to integrate the actions of your sector into their activities, in order to meet requirements and anticipate events; monitoring operating budgets and productivity parameters to meet economic targets for hourly rates; and ensuring the achievement of collective and individual objectives set within time, cost, and other constraints. Quality, safety, environment and working conditions; Respect and enforce current regulations in the areas of occupational safety and industrial hygiene; Participate in improving working conditions and environmental protection to achieve a minimal and controlled risk situation; Provide teams with the necessary support for resolving delicate or difficult cases; Ensure the training and retraining of staff on technical developments and ensure their correct implementation; Promote, develop and ensure the versatility and multi-skilling of staff within their department; Implement general work tools and methods to increase the efficiency of actions (cost, time, quality, safety and environment); Maintain constant contact with other sectors of the Unit to optimize time, methods, resources and The organization of manufacturing, processing, and inspection areas; reporting on the work of their department, and if necessary, preparing reports on major events; leading a continuous improvement process for all staff by actively participating in the Unit's action plan; and implementing and maintaining a forward-looking dashboard covering all activities within their sector.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree (Bac +5) in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience. You have experience in team management and a good understanding of project management. You are able to work at different organizational levels and support operational staff on the ground. You are capable of working in a fast-paced environment. You are autonomous and place great importance on communication.
