Reporting to the Workplace and Support Service Manager for the Telecom Infrastructure and Support (ITS) domain, the Workplace and Support Activities Manager for the Morocco region has the following main responsibilities: - monitoring the quality of service of local IT support activities; - collecting and addressing escalations and requests for improvement of support services; - managing shift-left transfer activities to outsourced Helpdesk teams; - supervising internal technical teams responsible for carrying out business-specific support actions; - proposing and managing improvement plans; - managing the quality of reference data (inventories, knowledge bases) within their scope; - managing the IT equipment, copiers, meeting room environment and smartphones within their scope; - conducting performance and quality analyses within their scope.

Excellent communicator, strong analytical skills, comfortable with technical subjects, service and results oriented. But what else? (advantages, specific features, etc.) Possible international travel, guarantor of Group standards
