Job :
- Monitor a shared mailbox.
- Acknowledge receipt of requests.
- Analyze and sort requests to the correct tool or team (Rainbow, Concur, Aspen, GB).
- Identify urgent issues and escalate quickly.
- Open and track tickets.
- Monitor invoicing flows and report anomalies.
Required profile :
Master's degree (engineering school or university) in IT, with 4 years or more of experience

- Application Support Level 1 (L1)

Skills sought
- Organization and rigor.
- Good communication.
