As part of our business development, we are hiring Customer Advisors proficient in: Arabic (Darija), French
Your missions:

• Support prospects and customers in solving problems or providing information.
• Actively contribute to promoting our brand image and developing customer satisfaction.
• Effectively manage complaints.
• Be an ambassador for customer satisfaction!

Required profile :

1. Training & experience:

• Bac+2 minimum (desired)
• CRM training or equivalent
• Call center experience highly recommended

2. Soft skills:

• Fluent speaking + excellent active listening
• Stress management
• Customer empathy
• Analytical & problem-solving skills

3. Hard skills:

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Fast and accurate typing
• Multitasking
• Omnichannel management (calls, emails, chat)

4. Business knowledge:

• Fintech / Banking / Financial services
• Digital customer relations

5. Languages:

• Arabic (Darija): fluent without accent.
• French: very good (oral & written)
• English: Minimum intermediate level.
