As part of our expansion, we are recruiting a Store Manager. Your main responsibilities in this role include:

• In collaboration with the assistant store manager, you are responsible for your JYSK store.
• In line with JYSK's leadership values, you are responsible for ensuring your store is 100% sales and customer-ready by communicating, leading, and coaching your team.
• You take action based on key figures and determine what is necessary to achieve objectives and motivate your team.
• You follow and execute the store's concept and routines
• You are responsible for recruiting new employees.
• You coach your team to help each employee grow.
• You are comfortable with physical tasks and know how to lead by example by actively participating in the store's daily operations (receiving merchandise, organizing and maintaining the storage area, preparing customer orders, etc.). Company Description

• Proven experience in store management and performance monitoring.
• National mobility : you are available to travel and work in different regions of the Kingdom depending on the needs of the company.
• Capacity manager, to develop and motivate a team.

• Strong commitment to store management.
• Ability to keep one's composure, give clear instructions and get things done even in difficult situations.
