Ensure the operational management and oversight of the IRD production portfolio, particularly in Civil Liability (RC) and Multi-risk, guaranteeing the technical compliance of contracts, risk management, adherence to processing deadlines and quality of service to the network and intermediaries.

1. Portfolio Management

• To ensure the processing of new business, amendments and renewals in RC and Multirisis insurance.
• Check the conformity of contracts and amendments before transmission to intermediaries.
• Coordinate with the Insurance department the monitoring of cases placed on a voluntary basis.
• To monitor the progress of missions, signings and regularization of contracts.
• Track pending mission bonuses and significant bonus policies.

2. Network satisfaction

• To ensure the processing and follow-up of complaints from intermediaries.
• Ensure compliance with processing deadlines and the quality of responses provided.

3. My technical mastery

• Ensure compliance with subscription rules and contractual conditions.
• Analyze the reasons for cancellation and contribute to their reduction.
• Ensure follow-up on cancellations and regularizations.

4. Quality of service

• Optimize the processing times of different management actions.
• To guarantee the reliability and quality of production operations.

5. Reporting and management

• Prepare monthly reports and monitor production indicators.
• Track flows, stocks, missions, cancellations and claims.
• Monitor important matters, optional files, and ongoing projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Search profile:

• Training in insurance, management or equivalent.
• Proven experience in property and casualty insurance production, ideally in liability and multi-risk insurance.
• Good understanding of the guarantees, clauses and conditions of subscription.
• Rigour, organisation, autonomy and interpersonal skills.
• Team spirit and ability to manage priorities.
