To manage and monitor litigation files in Workplace Accidents (WA), from the opening of the file to its closure, ensuring compliance with legal procedures, regulatory deadlines and the defense of the company's interests.

• To manage and monitor occupational accident litigation cases.
• Analyze the claims files and study the legal and medical elements.
• To monitor legal proceedings and medical assessments.
• Coordinate with lawyers, experts, courts and various stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and regulatory procedures.
• Follow the regulations, appeals and judicial decisions.
• Ensure the monitoring of provisions and sensitive files.
• To handle claims and ensure communication with policyholders and various stakeholders.
• develop reports and dashboards for monitoring litigation activity.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Legal training.
• Experience in handling litigation cases, ideally in occupational accident insurance.
• Complete mastery of regulations relating to workplace accidents.
• Mastery of legal procedures and compensation mechanisms.
• Rigour, organisation, analytical mind and good interpersonal skills.
