Our client, a leading player, is recruiting a Cyber ​​Transformation Project Manager to lead its cybersecurity strengthening programs and integrate security into the design of its IT projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing cybersecurity transformation projects: scoping, planning, budgeting, risk monitoring and reporting to management
• Integrating security by design into IT, cloud, and application projects
• Coordinate the teams: technical, IT, security, and external service providers.
• To deploy and develop security policies, standards and action plans
• Ensure compliance with regulations and applicable standards (ISO 27001, sector requirements, etc.)
• Supporting change management and raising stakeholder awareness of cybersecurity issues
• Monitor cybersecurity maturity indicators and propose areas for continuous improvement

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in cybersecurity, information systems or project management
• 4-7 years of experience in IT/cyber projects and application security
• Experience in cloud environments, networks, or the regulatory sector is a plus.
• Ability to intervene from the design phase
• Strong skills in project management, communication, and stakeholder management
• Rigour, organizational skills and a knack for synthesis
