Morgan Philips Executive Search is recruiting an Administrative and Financial Director (M/F) on behalf of one of its clients, a group operating in the restaurant sector, evolving in a multi-site and structured environment.

Main missions

Reporting to the General Management, the Chief Financial Officer manages the entire Finance function and contributes to the company's development strategy. He/She ensures the reliability of financial information, optimizes economic performance, and ensures compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

1. Financial management and management control

• To manage the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts and medium-term plans.

• Analyze the financial results, the deviations from objectives and the main performance indicators.

• Identify the levers for improving profitability, controlling costs and optimizing operational performance.

2. Financial reporting and accounting standards

• Supervise monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closings, ensuring their reliability and adherence to deadlines.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports intended for General Management and the Group.

• Ensure compliance of accounting practices with IFRS standards, Group requirements and applicable Moroccan regulations.

3. Treasury and financing

• Supervise cash management and monitor short and medium-term financial flows.

• Optimize working capital requirements and anticipate financing needs.

• D Develop relationships with banking partners and participate in the negotiation of credit lines and financing solutions.

4. Internal control, audit and compliance

• Define and strengthen internal control procedures to secure financial operations.

• Oversee the monitoring of costs, inventory, investments and key financial risks.

• Coordinate internal and external audits, follow up on recommendations and ensure compliance with tax, accounting and regulatory obligations.

5. Management and development of the Finance function

• To supervise, organize and develop the Finance teams, by defining the objectives and responsibilities of each member.

• Improve financial processes and strengthen the reliability of data and reporting tools.

• Promote collaboration with operational teams to support the overall performance of the company.

6. Strategic support for the General Management

• To provide relevant financial analysis to inform strategic and operational decisions.

• Contribute to the evaluation of investment projects and development opportunities.

• To propose recommendations aimed at improving profitability, risk management and value creation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting or Management (Bachelor's +3 to Master's +5).

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance, including significant experience in a financial management role.

• Excellent command of IFRS standards, financial reporting, management control, treasury and internal control.

• Proven experience in a multi-site and operational environment; experience in catering, retail or FMCG is an asset.

• Good knowledge of Group reporting issues and experience in an international environment appreciated.

• Strong analytical, managerial and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with high-level stakeholders.

• My mastery of French and excellent level of English.
