Main tasks:

In an international multi-subsidiary environment, you will play a central role in the supervision, structuring and ensuring the reliability of all the Group's accounting and financial activities.

You will support the Group Finance Department in managing the accounting for the various entities, consolidating accounts, handling tax and regulatory obligations, and harmonizing accounting practices across the Group. You will report to the Group Finance Director and work closely with local finance departments and regional financial controllers.

Responsibilities:

Accounting for operational entities:

• Coordinate and control the accounting closing processes of the Group's various subsidiaries.
• to develop and update the accounting manual applicable to all entities
• Supervise the annual closing of accounts, the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
• Ensure proper coordination of audits and certification of accounts by local auditors
• To support, train and develop the skills of the accounting teams in subsidiaries

Financial consolidation:

• To ensure the consolidation of accounts for the various entities of the Group
• Oversee cash flow and intra-group re-invoicing operations
• Ensuring the consistency and reciprocity of intercompany operations
• prepare consolidated projected income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements
• Managing the missions of the statutory auditors within the framework of the certification of consolidated accounts

Holding company accounting:

• To maintain the holding company's accounts and carry out periodic closing procedures.
• Produce financial statements, tax returns and regulatory declarations
• Supervise the tax and social security declarations of the holding company
• Ensure the accounting follow-up of payroll, provisions and analytical allocations
• Coordinate the missions of certification of social accounts

Sharing Service Center:

• Review and optimize the procedures of the Shared Services Center
• Establish performance and quality monitoring indicators
• Ensure the effectiveness of interactions between the CSP and operational entities
• Identify and implement the necessary corrective actions

Desired Candidate Profile

• DSCG, ideally complemented by the DEC
• Confirmed experience of at least 10 years in similar roles, with significant international exposure
• Excellent knowledge of financial consolidation, IFRS standards and multi-currency accounting
• Solid knowledge of taxation and intercompany transaction management
• Rigour, organizational skills and strong analytical abilities
• Leadership, teamwork, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Significant experience with SAP; knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence tools is an asset
• Fluent or bilingual French
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Ability to thrive in a demanding, international, and constantly evolving environment
