Required profile :
- Welcome, advise, and support clients.
- Identify their needs and offer suitable banking solutions.
- Manage and develop the client portfolio.
- Market banking products and services.
- Process and follow up on client requests and files.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve set sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Banking, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in customer relations or the banking sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation.
- Commercial mindset and results-oriented.
- Rigor, dynamism, and autonomy.
- Good communication and adaptability skills.
