About the Role
Dussur Arabia is looking for a Human Resources Development Manager to join its team in Abha, Asir. This role aims to directly supervise HR development activities, including performance management, training and development, competency frameworks, career path planning, and succession planning programs. The position holder ensures operations run with high efficiency and effectiveness by providing necessary resources.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Participate in setting main goals, plans, and programs related to human resources development.
- Develop and implement detailed plans, programs, and projects related to HR development, including performance management, talent training and development, career path programs, and succession programs.
- Supervise the implementation of the performance management system across all stages, and guide and manage the process of identifying training needs for employees.
- Prepare annual training plans and ensure appropriate training and learning methods are identified in coordination with organizational unit managers.
- Identify the financial, human, and administrative resource needs required for the HR Development Department to execute operations.
- Supervise the preparation of general summaries and reports related to HR development and present them to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Practical experience ranging from 5 to 10 years in HR development or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of performance management concepts, training and development, and competency frameworks.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and programs.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
- Effective communication skills with various management levels.
Job Type and Location
This is a full-time position based in Abha, Asir Region. Salary is undisclosed and will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
