Role Overview

LIXIL is seeking a Project Sales Manager for the Western Region. This employee role is focused on driving profitable sales growth within the market across all channels, aligning with GROHE’s mission. The primary objective is to achieve annual sales targets, increase market share within the sector, and enhance GROHE's geographical presence in the country. The position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall delivery of country results and organizational leadership.
• Participate in strategic planning for channel development.
• Deliver on the Sales Mission in line with corporate objectives and KPIs.
• Deliver on the Project Channel Sales Mission assigned for the country’s market, aligning with corporate objectives and KPIs.
• Manage projects, including writing and maintaining project specifications within the Grohe project system.
• Align regularly with the Line Manager on mid and long-term strategies for the country, ensuring local implementation complies with corporate guidelines.
• Provide high-quality information and analysis to support strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Identify key channels and targets in the region for project business.
• Forecast accurate project sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Maintain professional relationships with designers and architects in the country.
• Develop and maintain a database/records of all key project contacts in the region and prepare reports for senior management.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive market share growth.
• Experience in strategic planning and project management within a sales context.
• Strong analytical skills for providing information in support of strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key industry stakeholders.

Work Environment

This role is based in the Western Region and operates within a dynamic sales environment focused on achieving growth and expanding market presence for GROHE products.
