About the Role

Qanbar Ready Mix Company is looking for an Accountant to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time role focuses on managing financial operations, preparing accurate reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, as well as effective cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing financial statements and quarterly and annual reports, while adhering to standards and tax regulations.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, collection, and cash flow monitoring.
• Preparing budgets and forecasts, monitoring material, production, and logistics costs, and analyzing variances.
• Analyzing the company's profitability, liquidity, and financial health, and preparing models and forecasts to support decisions.
• Processing payroll and supporting tax returns and tax planning in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Tracking inventory, asset, and depreciation costs, and reconciling differences.
• Implementing internal controls and improving accounting procedures and systems.
• Supporting internal and external audit processes and preparing required documents and schedules.
• Maintaining accurate and secure financial records in accordance with document retention policies.
• Coordinating with sales, procurement, production, and logistics departments to reconcile transactions and costs.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in the field of accounting.
• Ability to manage financial operations and prepare accurate reports.
• Knowledge of accounting and tax systems and standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Province, requiring effective coordination with various departments to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and cost control.
