About the Role

Al-Buraq Metal Recycling Factory is looking for an Accountant to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This full-time role aims to support the company's financial operations by preparing accounting documents, tracking revenues, recording financial transactions, and auditing bank accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize payment documents, follow up on their auditing, and obtain approval from authorized regulatory bodies.
• Follow up on revenue collection, documentation, and analysis accurately.
• Prepare accounting entries and record financial transactions in the designated registers.
• Audit bank accounts and prepare necessary reconciliations with monthly matching statements.
• Monitor current and capital expenditures in accordance with the monthly financial position of budget items.
• Prepare financial position reports and monthly summaries, in addition to organizing final annual accounts.
• Prepare specialized documents and reports related to expenses and revenues and store them in the database.

Daily Tasks

• Audit financial claims and ensure they meet legal and financial requirements.
• Continuously document and analyze revenues.
• Prepare and store reports and documents related to expenses and revenues.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0 to 1 year of experience in the field of accounting.
• Ability to prepare, organize, and document financial documents.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and the preparation of accounting entries.

Required Skills

• Financial claim auditing skills.
• Ability to develop accounting methods and procedures and keep pace with technical developments.
• High organizational skills and experience in maintaining documents and reports.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position in the city of Jeddah, Makkah Province, within a supportive work environment at Al-Buraq Metal Recycling Factory. The salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
