About the Role
Al-Khumasiya Global Real Estate Development Company is looking for an Accountant to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This full-time role focuses on managing daily financial operations, including preparing accounting documents, tracking revenue, recording entries, and auditing bank accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize payment documents, follow up on revenue collection, and document and analyze them.
- Prepare accounting entries and record financial transactions in the designated ledgers.
- Audit bank accounts and prepare necessary reconciliations with monthly matching statements.
- Prepare and archive reports and documents related to expenses and revenues.
- Audit financial claims and ensure their legal and financial terms are complete.
- Monitor current and capital expenditures in accordance with the monthly financial position of budget items.
- Prepare the financial position and monthly summaries, in addition to preparing and organizing final annual accounts.
- Develop accounting methods and procedures and keep pace with scientific and technical developments in the field.
- Prepare documents and reports specialized in the field of expense and revenue accounting and save them in the designated database.
Qualifications and Experience
- 0 to 1 year of experience in the field of accounting.
- Ability to prepare and organize financial documents accurately.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and preparation of financial entries.
- Analytical skills for auditing accounts and preparing reconciliations.
Work Environment
This role is a full-time position within the Al-Khumasiya Global Real Estate Development Company team in Jeddah, Makkah Province. The role requires commitment to office work and collaboration with colleagues to ensure the smooth and effective operation of financial processes.
