About the Role
Eqnaa Real Estate Company is looking for an Accountant to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This full-time role focuses on managing daily financial operations, including preparing accounting documents, tracking revenue, and recording accounting entries. The role requires 0 to 1 year of experience, making it an ideal opportunity for entry-level accountants.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize payment documents and follow up on their auditing and approval by regulatory authorities.
- Follow up on revenue collection, documentation, and periodic analysis.
- Prepare accounting entries and record financial transactions in the designated ledgers.
- Audit bank accounts and prepare necessary reconciliations along with monthly matching statements.
- Prepare reports and documents related to expenses and revenues and archive them in the database.
- Audit financial claims and ensure they meet legal and financial requirements.
- Monitor operating and capital expenditures in accordance with the monthly financial status of budget items.
- Prepare the financial position and monthly summaries, in addition to organizing annual final accounts.
- Develop accounting methods and procedures and keep pace with scientific and technical developments in the field.
Qualifications and Experience
- Practical experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in the field of accounting.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial auditing procedures.
- Ability to prepare financial reports and analyze data.
Required Skills
- High accuracy in dealing with financial figures and data.
- Excellent organizational skills for documents and records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
Work Environment
This role is full-time and is located in the city of Jeddah, Makkah Province. The accountant will work within a financial team to support the company's real estate operations.
