Job Summary

• Supervising daily welding fabrication and installation activities
  
• Leading and supporting welders fabricators and site crews
  
• Planning manpower and organizing daily work schedules
  
• Making sure all work follows approved drawings and project specifications
  
• Monitoring welding quality and overall work progress
  
• Coordinating with engineers QA/QC inspectors and project teams
  
• Conducting regular site inspections and addressing issues quickly
  
• Ensuring all team members follow health and safety procedures
  
• Conducting toolbox talks and promoting safe working practices
  
• Preparing daily reports and maintaining project records
  
• Checking that materials tools and equipment are available when needed
  
• Ensuring work areas remain safe clean and organized
  
• Supporting the team in meeting project targets and deadlines
