Job Summary

• Coordinate daily academic and administrative activities to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Communicate effectively with parents students and teachers addressing inquiries and providing support when needed.
  
• Manage admissions student registrations and follow-up processes.
  
• Assist in developing strategies to increase student enrollment and community engagement.
  
• Build and maintain positive relationships with schools parents and the expatriate community.
  
• Plan and organize meetings educational events workshops and promotional activities.
  
• Manage social media platforms and support digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
  
• Prepare reports maintain records and ensure proper documentation.
  
• Work closely with management to achieve organizational goals and continuously improve services.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or an equivalent qualification.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
  
• Strong organizational interpersonal and leadership skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Previous experience in education administration customer service admissions or coordination roles is preferred.
  
• Basic knowledge of social media management graphic design video editing and digital marketing will be considered an advantage.
  
• A proactive attitude positive mindset and passion for working with students and families.
