Job Summary
- rrying out daily safety inspections and site audits
- Making sure all work follows ARAMCO standards and company safety procedures
- Identifying hazards and helping teams put preventive measures in place
- Conducting risk assessments and job safety analyses (JSA)
- Monitoring permit-to-work activities and high-risk operations
- Ensuring employees use the correct personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Delivering toolbox talks safety inductions and awareness sessions
- Investigating incidents and near misses and preparing reports
- Maintaining safety records and HSE documentation
- Supporting emergency preparedness activities including drills and response plans
- Working with contractors and project teams to continuously improve site safety
Additional Responsibilities
- Reviewing work methods and ensuring they can be carried out safely
- Monitoring housekeeping and environmental practices on-site
- Preparing routine HSE reports and inspection records
- Supporting safety audits and client inspections
- Encouraging employees to actively participate in creating a safer workplace
- Promoting a positive safety culture throughout the project
Requirements
- ARAMCO Approved HSE Engineer (Mandatory)
- Valid Iqama (Mandatory)
- Valid Approval Card (Mandatory)
- Transferable Iqama (Mandatory)
- Degree in Engineering Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Science or a related field
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IOSH OSHA or equivalent will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of health safety and environmental regulations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage site responsibilities confidently
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
