Job Title: Construction Subcontract Manager

Location: Oued El-Kebrit area, Algeria

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Subcontract Engineer Lead, preferably French-speaking, who combines strong construction technical expertise with extensive post-award subcontract and contract management experience. The ideal candidate has proven experience leading the administration and management of construction subcontracts, interpreting contractual requirements, managing variations and claims, handling contractual correspondence, and leading commercial discussions and negotiations with subcontractors. A strong technical background in Mechanical, Electrical and/or Instrumentation works is highly valued, together with experience in EPC/EPCI construction environments and the ability to effectively coordinate contractual, commercial and technical matters across multiple project stakeholders.

Education: Relevant university degree/technical diploma

Languages: English and French Language are required for this role
