• Follow-up the Civil projects of the annual Budget.

• Supervise and follow-up the projects execution.

• Carryout site investigation, field test and report findings to the engineering manager.

• Prepare the itemized bill of quantities.

• Evaluate the tenders.

• Participate in the tender process.

• Communicating with external consultants and designers.

• Monitor the implementation of the project work in all stages.

• Provide reports on the progress of work on site.

• Provide and record the quantities executed at the site on quantities book.

• Review and validate the contractors’ invoices.

• Participate in the committee of both initial and final project handover.

• Monitoring to deliver the works in good quality and on time.

• Attending meeting and providing input and update.

Requirements

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering

• Required Industry Experience: 7 years of experience

• Technological Requirements: Excellent skills of dealing with engineering programs

• Language Requirements: Very good command of English
