Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Cairo. The Property Consultant will guide clients through the buying and selling process, providing expert advice on residential and commercial properties in RED’s covered areas. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, presenting suitable options, and explaining market trends, pricing, and investment potential. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients and developers, managing inquiries, and following up to ensure a smooth customer journey. The Property Consultant will prepare proposals, handle negotiations, and coordinate with internal teams to finalize transactions and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate knowledge, with the ability to advise clients on market trends and property options.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proven Sales abilities, including negotiation, closing deals, and working toward defined targets.
• Comfort with technology, real estate CRM systems, and data-backed decision-making tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in real estate sales or property consulting is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, with flexibility to attend meetings and property visits in different project locations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
